Annette
Annette is the Marketing & Web Manager for Pacific Fabrics & Crafts and loves her job. Annette's "you can do anything you put your mind to" mom taught her to sew clothes, blankets, curtains - anything she could conceive. She made her first dress at 10 and was given her own sewing machine at 12. While her two children were growing up, she sewed lots of clothes for them and did production sewing at home for about 12 years. Annette loves the creative process of sewing - taking what she's got and seeing what she can make, which of course requires piles of fabric, trims and patterns! She loves anything textile and also enthusiastically knits, crochets, embroiders, spins & weaves. She is happily married to an Art Director and artist who encourages her to create as often as possible. A perfect match!

Carmen
Carmen lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and son. She has been sewing since she was a young child and has grown up in the sewing industry. Her favorite things to create are quilts, purses and quick home decor projects. She also enjoys using her Pfaff embroidery machine to embellish quilts, ready made items and more. Carmen is the Marketing & Web Manager for Quality Sewing & Vacuum Centers. Her biggest challenge is finding more time to sew!
Anna-Beth
Anna-Beth has a degree in English Literature from the UW, but like most English majors, she is currently employed in a mostly unrelated field – she is the most recent addition to the Pacific Fabrics buying team.
Anna-Beth began to sew at about seven, to clothe her vast family of dolls in increasingly elaborate garments. She took knitting and dollmaking classes in her pre-teen years, and by the time she was in her twenties, she had taken up quilting, mosaic, stained-glass, and anything else she could find. She now is primarily a quilter, but likes to try out any new crafts that come her way – recently, needle-felting and amigurumi.
She lives in a small “shack” in Shoreline with her vast heaps of fabric, her tolerant boyfriend Steve, and their sweet foster-dog Mariah. In her non-crafty time, she likes karaoke, (especially rapping) cooking, reading, modern cabaret music, and gardening. She also likes presents, especially things that sparkle. She also skips, boos, and randomly bursts into song and is generally a cheerful, happy girl.
Jennifer
Jennifer Porter is an eclectic crafter who lately, spends most of her time playing with yarn. She has a background in Theatrical Costuming and suffers from a bad case of "craft ADD". On the weekend you may find her dressed up in 14th Century clothing camping with her friends. Her husband, two cats and dachshund have come to understand and even appreciate her desire to insulate the house with as much fiber as possible.
